We love Pizza!

Nevim o nikom kdo by nemel rad pizzu a tak se s vami rada podelim o ten muj oblibeny recept.
Testo zadelavam v domaci pekarne, jednak je to bez prace, testo je dobre prohnetene a chutna lepe. Pouzivam specialni mouku na pizzu obsahuje vic glutenu. Najdete ji pod nazvy chlebova mouka - psenicna, strong flour, bread flour, nebo bakers flour.
Pokud nemate pekarnu zadelejte rucne na pomoucnenem stole, testo zpracovavejte aspon 10min. az je uplne hladoucke. Prikryjte a nechejte na teplem miste vykynout az se zdvojnasobi.

I don't know anyone who doesn't love pizza! So today I would like to share my favorite  pizza dough recipe. I prefer to use bread maker, it's easy no hard work involved and dough somehow taste better. I use flour with more gluten you can find it under the names like strong flour, bread flour, bakers flour or pizza flour.
If you don't have bread maker you can easily do it by hand on floured surface just knead the dough at least 10min. until nice and smooth. Cover and let it rise until double in size.


Z testa jsou dve 31cm pizzy 
Na testo potrebujete:

400g mouky na pizzu
1 cajova lzicka suseneho drozdi
250ml vody, vlazne
1/2 lzicky soli
1 lzice olivoveho oleje

Testo zadelam v pekarne na programu pizza trva 45min.
Testo rozdelim na 2 bochanky. Vyvalim do tenka, prenesu na plech pokladu oblibenymi surovinami a pecu pri 200C asi 13 min.


This recipe makes two 31cm pizza
You will need:

400g strong flour
1tsp. dry yeast
250 ml water, room temperature
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil

 I put all ingredients in bread maker and select pizza cycle for 45min.
Then divide the dough into 2 same size balls. Roll out thin, move to a baking tray, use your favorite toppings and bake 200C about 13min.
Nase oblibena je Hawai - sunka, ananas. A co vy, ktera je ta vase? :)

  4. I’d say that everybody loves pizza because it is popularly served as a family dinner meal. In fact, everyone has their own favorite recipe for its dough. If you were to ask me, I prefer my dough to be thin and crispy. And I’m always generous when putting toppings on my slice. ->Fresh & Healthy Brands
